This place is an absolute joke! When I wasn't making very good money, I lived in "The Mansards Apts." My experiences over there, in a low income housing complex, didn't touch the crime that has happened here. I moved here back in September and it is now August, and I await my lease to be up. Ive had someone come into home and had to wrestle them off, my car was broken into twice, as well as a friends, and they want to know why we cause an uproar about parking. They say "don't come to the front office, we won't do anything, but you can have the cars w/o decals towed." ......WRONG! Supposedly, they have to be "tagged" first. Even the tow company thinks there a joke. Don't believe me' Call for yourself. I pay $734 monthly, for a one bedroom, that has more low class traits then most other communities. Im a single female that has her sh..t together, and I get talked to by SOME of the people like I'm a nobody....Well, when you have to park almost a mile from your home, after a days work, and get angry when you're car or home gets broken into, you're angry too! And they say.."That's not my fault, don't get angry at me." Well who is taking care of this place'
