I rented this place over the phone when I moved to Va Beach from Florida. They called it a "luxury community" ... when I got there the place was so nasty. The previous tentant left the apartment with pee stains and odor from their dog all over the carpet. It literally made you sick when you walked in the odor was so bad. Don't even get me started on the number of roaches there were. I broke mylease and go to court next week to defend myself since they are trying to sue me for $1300.00
