we have been here for 6 months now and are looking to buy but in the mean time we need a bigger place so we thought we would look. and found that we only want to stay here. we are in the safest part of town. great complex pet friendly and the staff is very professional. we love it here and decided to stay and get a two bedroom, until we can buy. im happy. other places have been dirty and over priced and not safe this is a great part of va beach and almost unknown surrounded by homes. not apartments and dirty low income housing. great neighbors as well.
