Reflections is very over-priced, and when you renew your lease they will jack you even more. There are much better values around town. The staff can be rude and acts as if you are troubling them by asking a question. I was hung up on without provacation when trying to find out about my friends car that had been towed. Speaking of which, they tow residents cars if you don't have their most recent sticker (which changes) or if your inspection or tags are expired. Also had a cockroach problem.

Agree...there are better values, and I have been hung up on without provocation as well. I've started having my husband call because I'm tired of dealing with them.

You are all acting like children. like I said in another one of these stupid complaints expired tags become expired for a reason. Oh thats because it is ILLEGAL to have expired tags.
