Reflections Apartments

The day we moved in we were greeted with an unkept apartment. The cartments were dirty and covered in animal fur, it had stains all over the carpets, and a horrible odor of mold and pets. It was very obvious that the managment staff "forgot" to clean the apartment after the people prior of living there. When we complained about the mess all we got was an apology and it was ua who had to clean up the mess. After putting in the effort to clean up after someone elses mess it was clear that the awful smell was not going anywhere. On top of all of that the bugs are terrible ( be ready to kill cockroaches and spiders numerous times b/c of the swamp). What really upset us was when my boyfriend got his car towed b/c his tags expired. There was another $80 down the drain.
This area is also in the path of jets and the jet noise is terrible. I still live in VA Beach and I understand that the jet noice is still pretty loud where ever you are but it was ridiculous, I consider them my alarm clock at 8 am, and it often kept me up at night even at midnight.
Bottom line this place is a joke, the place is over priced for the piece of **** that you get and for the money that you spend you could easily afford a nicer apartment.

Totally agree...Our apartment smelled horrible and we are constantly killing spiders and worms. We also had our vehicle towed.
