After reading other comments. I see that I'm not the only one that has a problem here with the Office staff and Maintance Personel. I have been promised several things when i moved in. Most got fixed within a week and I was thinking "I'm finally home". Boy was I ever wrong. After half the list got fixed I can't seem to get the maintance guys back out here. They came one time to fix something and I told them no, because they would wake my 6 month old daughter up from her nap and to come back later. Well I haven't seen them since. That was back in Nov. I call the Front office and they say that the Maintance guys came by recently and said I told them no and they would wake my daughter. I told them that was like 4-5 months ago. I don't deal with the little people in the office anymore. I go straight for Manager...but now my wife and I feel like we are getting blow off. If you go to AIMCO website at www.aimco.com and find this apartment you see they have a promise to fix you things within 24 hours or you get a discount on your rent...hahaha. What a joke. I like to see that happen. They seem very shady around here. Oh and forget about parking and having guest over. They will tow your car in a heart beat. And if your car gets tow for some reason...well they will back up the tow company over you. I had a friend that had a jeep and his tire was over the white line...well they towed him. Office wouldn't reburise him at all for that. They allow people to park their boats and trailers in parking space in the back of the complex and that could be used as extra parking...they attempted to get them towed...but nothing happened.
One last thing. They don't do complaints. If you have a problem with neighbor being loud...well it's in your lease that you have a "good neighbor policy"...which means they won't get involved..you have to work it out with your neighbor. It sucks...I have a neighbor that plays loud music all ends of the night. I have to call the police instead of the office because they told me I had to work it out with them and it was in my lease agreement. DON'T STAY HERE! VERY BAD!

Sorry you seem to have a problem. i just moved in beginning of march. hope i don't see these types of problems.....

Well here is an update to my first review that I wrote. Yes I did renew my lease, but after I complain on here that's when things got fixed. When you post "Anonymous" no need let everyone know about my business. But I have nothing to hide like this place does. I refuse to talk to office anymore. I have put in complaint after complaint in to get things fixed and it will take weeks or months and several phone calls, emails, and visits to the office to get them to fix anything. Don't believe anything that is verbal from anyone that works for Reflections. Make sure you get it on paper. When they don't get it done according to Maint. Agree. they are supposed to credit your account if they don't have it fix within 24 hours or notify you on what they are doing. They won't hold up on that agreement, but you can call the Head Quarters in Richmond and complain as long as you have it in writing. This place is so unprofessinoal. Until they change up things or get their crap staright. Don't move here! If you like unprofessional people, out dated appl., out dated apartments, and can do with things broken...well this is your place! DON'T STAY HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU MOVE HERE!
