I read the reviews on this aparment and they have said some bad things. I am going to be moving into one of the apartments within the next month and i sure hope that i don't have the problems people say they have had. i think the apartment is in a pretty good location and haven't heard really any noise beside the oceana base near this place and thats about all the noise i have heard. I used to live like right next door on Rivers reach and there wasn't very much noise at all and that like 50 feet away.

If you move to the 3rd floor, get ready to hear LOTS of jet noise. Good luck trying to watch TV during the fly overs. AND DON'T go outside or your eardrums will feel as if they are going to burst. As far as noise is concerned, if you move to the parking lot side, you will hear cars blasting music, guys who use the parking lot as a race course at 2 a.m. as they slide everywhere when they slam on breaks, etc. Better go the the Neighhood community police site to see what types of crimes are being committed - esp. 2004 and 2005.

No you won't here all that noise. And as far as the jetnoise this is va bch!! hello lots of military bases. You will here jetnoise anywhere in this city.

i am with the last guy. i live on the 3rd floor two, and DUH.....you are in va beach....you are going to have that noise. at least on the 3rd floor you dont have to worry abotu the people above you!! i also live on the parking lot side and yes, at times it can get loud, but that is all about who your neighbors are.....has nothing to do with the apartments.
