OK, but definately maintenance problems

I lived in Reflections for one year - it was safe and the apartments are pretty big for the price relative to the area. The one BIG problem we had was that our heater never worked the entire winter. I complained about it and the office management acted like I was crazy, but it never got above 58 degrees. If you have a problem, you do have to stay on them - but every other problem that we had was fixed in the 24 hour guarentee. If they don't fix things, hold them to that guarentee (they allow you to pay less rent, so at least your getting something back for their slow reaction time).
