Me and my husband decided to look for another apartment when our lease was coming to an end here to save a little money....After our expriences at all of the other apartments we decided to renew our lease knowing we could not be happier anywhere else. Not only did the office staff completely go out of their way to fix a horrible situation at the aparment we decided to change and move into but they did this after we gave our notice to vacate. The new apartment decided to screw us out of 1100 dollars before we even moved into the place!!!! The management at reflections placed calls for us after we were unsuccessful and we not only got our apartment at reflections back but our money as well.... if anyone ever writes a bad thing about the office staff here they obviously have the problem and should write me.... even though its a little more money it is definitely worth the great apartment and the great people

For you to sit and say that it is the one complaining about the office staff that has the problem leads me to believe you work for them that or they paid you to write a good review...i think its funny how you put that....You can not know every single persons experience with them. How presumptuous of you to say that its the renters problem. The parking is horrible the maintenance guys are amazing i give you that...noise well dont count on the office taking care of any noise complaints (they dont want to get involved) Grounds are disgusting...there is dog crap everywhere....safety lets just say i would never leave my car unlocked. Office Staff- too busy trying to pull new people in to give a ---- about keeping old tenants.

If you read the date I wrote that review about a year ago, and no I do not work for them. In fact i just moved out of there about 3 months ago. I noticed once the company got bought out that the complex was going down hill fast. The dog poop started to pile up and the noise kept getting worse as well as the parking. For the first year I was there I was really happy but then it got worse. I find it offensive that you are yelling at me and do not know the whole situation. The office staff really did help us out a lot and saved us a lot of money and I never had a problem with them or the maitenance staff they always came right away. But since the new company bought them and they do not accept packages anymore and were raising our rent so much and I was scared from my neighbors all the time I knew we had to get out of there. So please I am sorry if I offended you by my statement I made A YEAR AGO! I meant it when I said the office staff took care of us and am sorry for anyone that they do not fully respect.
