I live here for 2 years. never had a problem with any of the staff or the maintenance. everything was always done in a timely fashion, and many times the office staff went out of there way for me, particularly --------------. She is awesome at helping people resolve their issues. Parking was never a problem for me, and i can say that the only reason i moved was because my car was vandalized twice by people unknown. i believe i was targeted, however. Good place to live in my opinion. But they didn't give me much of my deposit back, claiming i didn't pay water bills for a couple of months, which i know is not true. I had a credit on my account for months covering all my rent and water bills. whatever. overall, good place to be.
