I lived on the first floor, big mistake my wife and I could hear everything, the people above us were a young couple of guys and they like to party but it was every night and the music and other things I won't mention were unbelievable, so I asked them to cut it out after 10pm everynight that didn't happen so the 3 or 4 times we talked to the management they got offensive and didn't do anything, so we tried the apartment security because it got real loud one night and they never showed up. Well the parking isn't good either cause you can't seem to get a spot near your apartment anytime after 8pm til morning, because all the one's who are supposed to be guest but we all know they live there and not on the lease park were they want and fill up vister parking also.. Im a military member and I gave my notice about 7 weeks out to a lady in the office there and went back with my orders the week prior to leaving and they blame me for not filling out a form they are supposed to give you for a 30 day notice so i end up paying rent for a month after I leave.. not military friendly they must think everyone is trying to pull something when they bring in some orders because not only do you need orders signed but you need a letter from your command. I do not recommend this place to any military member nor civilan because its noisy and the management really don't care whats going on. I pay to much money for rent to live like I would in some military barracks.

Completely agree with the not military friendly. My husband was getting out of the Navy and as soon as we showed them his seperation orders they had huge attitudes. We also still had to pay for half a month even though we were leaving in a week. The staff is extremely rude
