Not bad but not worth the price

My husband and I have lived here for about 2 weeks now. The leasing process was some what complicated since they demanded a lot of paper work from us since my husband is military and I am unemployed. Aside from that, they were quick to get us in here since we needed somewhere to go in less then 7 days. When we arrived at the apartment it was some what dirty... the floors were dirty and the walls looked liked they hadn't been repainted like we were told they would be.. and last but definitely not least, we found a dead roach on the laundry room floor. We reported it to the office first thing in the morning and they told us it was just a "water bug" and they would have the exterminator come out the following Thursday. A couple days later we found a live "water bug" in our bathroom. True to their word the bug guy did come... now we wait. Parking is very hard to come by. Especially at night. We do not blame the people above us at all, but we can hear EVERYTHING they do... so I would not recommend this place for anyone with children or who sleep rather lightly. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

We also had to do a lot of paperwork but it just like any apartment complex you have to fill out the paperwork and meet the requirements. I would prefer that over them just letting anyone live here! As far as the exterminator, we've lived here for a couple years and they really are Palmetto bugs or as the locals call them, "water bugs". They come because you live close to the water. Yes there is water directly behind Reflections Apartments. We love it here. We don't hear our neighbors any more than we would at any apartment complex. Office and main staff are great and always respond quickly!

I think you lived in the exact apartment I lived in! If you do watch out for the people who live above you. They once tried to open my front door while I was home. I heard the door knob giggle and then I heard some one try to stick a key in the hole, I started walking towards the front door and I'm assuming they heard me coming cause I could hear them run up the stairs and slam their front door. I was a little shakin cause my husband and room-mate at the time are also in the military and on deployment. So no one else would need to enter my apartment besides me. Also, they use to drop things on my balcony from theirs and come down and knock to go get it. I never let them in, but they always made me nervous. If I went shopping and they were on their balcony they would comment on things I bought or they would comment on my husbands car like " hey he must be on deployment it hasn't moved in a while" Beware.... if you start noticing behavior like this from them.
