I lived here for 3 years, the first year was wonderful quiet neighbors, friendly staff, and maintenance was excellent. I am not sure what happened this year but everything has gone down hill. Neighbors are extremely inconsiderate, loud parties, loud music every weekend, of course everyone needs to relax but is it necessary to blast your music for the entire complex to hear, I really don't have the need to listen to booming rap music every weekend. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors slamming doors, cupboards, etc. Parking is a whole other issue if you get home anytime after 7pm good luck finding a spot. The staff here requires an Extreme Makeover Customer Service Edition! So if you like loud music, parking your car in the visitors lot blocks away from your home, and rude staff then this is the place for you. The only nice thing I can say is that the apartments are spacious it is nice to have your own laundry room, most apartments have the washer and dryer in the kitchen.
