I lived here from October of 2008 to October of 2009. When I first signed my lease I was treated with the utmost respect and it was totally different once they had my money and moved me in. The biggest, but not the only, problem was the office staff. Aimco hired the rudest females I have ever seen. One of the females constantly had a scowl on her face and constantly had a snotty attitude when I came in. I was as respectful as I could be. If you have a problem don't even think about going to the manager because she will sit and roll her eyes at you the whole time that you are speaking to her. Now on to the apartments themselves... If you want to live in an area where you here loud music at all hours of the night and cops have come by at least 5 times since I have lived there if not more. Your fellow tenants do not respect you because they leave piles of dog "presents" on the dog park grounds along with beer bottles and broken glass and cigarette butts. I am suprised that my dog didnt get hurt the few times that I took them there. I had an upstairs neighbor who would allow there dog to literally pee on my porch!! If you dont get home from work before 8 then you pretty much dont get a parking spot because they are full and you have to park in visitors parking. The pictures are very decieving. The pool is rusted and disgusting and the volley ball court is very run down. If this place is all that you can afford and you dont mind paying for poor grounds, parking and poor EVERYTHING.. Then this is the place for you. I have just moved out as well and they continued to have an attitude and I have called the AIMCO Headquarters twice and will be calling tommorowas well. They know of these problems and have since hired one woman that is vey nice. Other than that it is still the same. I would definitely not recommend this palce to anyone, though.

PS I also had mold growing under my sink. UGH!
