I just moved in a week ago, and I gotta say, my apartment was absolutely beautiful! My husband and I are sooo happy with everything from the maintenance staff to the girls in the office. I was told to move in by a friends of mine that also lives here, and she's gonna get something like $100 off her rent. The best part of my move in was the welcome we got from the office staff when we first walked in. My friend has lived here for 3 years and never had so much as a problem. She's in the military and has a boxer. Everyone on the staff knows her dog by name, and ultimately, that was what made me want to move in. They really seem to care about their people, and I feel sorry for these other people on this site who didn't get that. Maybe they just didn't take the time to get to know the staff. I know that we'll be here until the Navy shups us to another state. Adn even then, they said they can do like a coast to coast transfer so that we can stay with the same management company. Given our experience, and my friend'd, we'll probably do this!

I am happy that you had such a warm welcome. However, they aren't so warm after a couple months. My husband and I received the same welcome and well to put it bluntly its the honeymoon stage. Not to say it hasn't been good so far, but its too early, you have only been there a week and well that really isn't long enough to judge the complex. There were used condoms on the playground. If your friend walked her dog I hope that she did so cautiously as there is dog poop everywhere. No one seems to think that its their responsibility to clean up after their pets. Any how I do hope that I am wrong and that they have cleaned up their act, but you know the saying if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck..then its a duck! Well this place is what it is and I don't think it could have changed that much.

This was completely written by staff. It is soo obvious. They wanted to boost their rating. Sorry not following for it reflections. WORST PLACE EVER! I'm happy to report that I have convinced 3 families to NOT move there. I heard since I moved they are raising rent. Probably because they can't get enough tenants in. If they want more tenants they should treat the current ones with some respect. Improve their attitudes and rules. Maybe it's time for an employee make over.

there are a million other worst places you could live. people are so spoiled and rotten. do you think the staff of this place or any place has complete control over what the nasty residents do? if you have a dog or your neighbor has a dog and you don't clean up after it then that's on you. you're the one who's gross. i'm sure the service department has better things to do than clean up after a bunch of grown men and women who act like 3 year olds. some people really just want to complain about anything. move someplace else and get over it.
