Parking is horrible. That is the worst. There must be some construction thing behind the apartments cause I'm always hearing stuff. Car got towed even though we had a decal on it, and we had to pay to get it back. The Reflections staff were able to get us half of it back, but it's stupid in the first place. It seems safe. Not very ghetto at all. The walls are thick and you can't really hear the people next to you unless they are being really loud/fighting. I think the price is high for what you are getting, though, so definitely look around.
