I lived here for about a year and a half and found it to be very convenient and comfortable. It was very quite and the layout was good. It was nice to have your own trash cans, drive way, mailbox, etc, like a little house. We only shared one wall with neighbors, and the insulation is so good that even when we had neighbors with kids, we never heard a peep. These are not new units and fixtures are of basic quality, but everything was maintained well. And besides, you can't expect cherry cabinets and granite for $750 a month. Overall, I thought it was a good deal and would recommend the complex to others.
