Please heed this advice: Do not rent here, you will move out in a year guaranteed!!


UPA owns 10-15 different apartment/duplex communities and I feel the company as a whole has lost there customer service skills. I lived at Riverwood for 1 year; the PROBLEMS STARTED ON MY MOVE IN DAY and I could not bear to stay another.If it wasn't for the site manager all the way up to the president of UPA, I may have stayed another year but I just couldn't take another year of ignorance. I will spare all of my details but there are a lot of teenagers and young adults that like to party in the streets a lot...not the type you would want to have around your house, or children if you have any. Lets just say the babysitter would not get out of her car at night when coming by our house. Everything in the duplex is outdated and falling apart. I do believe they allow section 8, which shouldn't matter on how people are treated but unfortunately for them it seems to because they have been burned before. I was not section 8 and they treated me like crap as well. I had to stay on top of the site manager because she can not handle the load that UPA has placed upon her and she is not a nice person!!

I would not recommend this place to even the homeless they treat there tenants so terribly. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THIS HORRIBLY, NO ONE!!
