UGH. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's way too expensive for what you get. The place is a complete dump, we went through 2 refrigerators (food included) in about 3 weeks until they finally put in a new one. The AC was broken, the window screens are STILL broken ("They've been ordered and will be in soon!" has been the story for MONTHS) That being said, the ONLY reason we rented here was because my husband was on deployment, I was out of state and the pictures on the website looked great. NOT SO MUCH!
PROS:
Parking, driveway, shed - nice being outdoors
New office lady - very nice
Location is close to a lot, right by interstate (also a con)
CONS:
Carpet smelled like urine from day 1 - cannot get smell out
Bathtub was STAINED
VERY SMALL
The "wonderful" park down the street is littered and crawling with disease I'm sure
No dining area - just gotta cram into the kitchen that seems so big
The interstate is basically in your front yard
Water damage in every ceiling in every room
Cupboards in kitchen are TERRIBLE quality, drawers won't open, stains all over them
Feels very unsafe
Expensive for quality
No utilities paid
NOISY outside (children run all through your yard, next to your windows, screaming playing and being loud)
Laundry room door fell off ON MY 2 YEAR OLD.
I could go on and on. My tip - skip this place and move on to the next. Trust me.
