Worst ever!

I currently live here, and the place is poorly managed. The office staff has their head stuck so far up their ass they don't know how to run a business at all. They never contact you by phone if they have a problem, they just leave a note in your mailbox or on your door, if you didn't receive the notice you're SOL. Noone in the office ever has a clue what their doing, and the regional property manager [mona watkins] never answers her phone either. Maintenance isn't too bad. Although he did just come out to fix our disposal, and right after he left I went in to use it and it didn't work. And he didn't even look at the dishwasher that is backing up. The windows have mold growing on all of them, the paint job is horrible, all in all it is the shittiest place I have ever lived. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to live here. If you're smart, stay away from here!
