Nice (and nicely overpriced)

This is a nice place, with a great staff, however, it's a little misleading. For example, not all come with a porch, only select units,PLUS you have to pay more for that unit. Noise is same as with all apartments, there isnt super soundproofing as they said there was. Ammenities are abundant, but you have to have card/key to get into fitness room and they will only give you one, so you always have to remember to leave it for your roommates, only one can go at a time. Grounds are nice, location is good, apartment is spacious.
Final word: Nice place, BUT you could get the same for less someplace else. Not really worth 800 for one bedroom and 900 for two bedroom.
