I moved back to this area after college and was most concerned with finding an apartment that was in a safe area. I found that and SO MUCH MORE at Rose Hall.

The whole community is pristine. There is always new flowers, freshly cut grass, beautiful shrubbery.

An employee makes a nightly check of every building- they look for burned out bulbs, stains in the hallway, scuff marks on the walls, etc. There is even a cleaning crew that cleans once a week in the hallways of each building. But we're not talking sweeping- they touch up paint, polish the banisters and handrailings, vacuum, spray air freshner, empty the basket of dryer lint, AND clean the windows.

They have trash pickup three times a week- AT THE BUILDING entrances- you don't even have to drag trash to a smelly dumpster!

I had a toliet that was always acting up. I must have called the maintenance crew once a week for a month! They came EVERY time within 25-35 mins. And I'm talking at 6 the in the morning! Even at 2am on New Year's.
The staff is BEYOND devoted- they are AMAZING!!!

If you look at any other apartment communities you'll see that Rose Hall makes their community feel like HOME to ALL of their residents.

**ALSO! the city of Virginia Beach Police Dept. offers a report of the crimes in years past. Open the Adobe file, search "rose hall" and you'll see the proof that it is a safe place- even after the sun goes down. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
