I enjoyed my prior stay at Rose Hall and regret moving. I thought I would save a little money on rent by "settling" for an apartment elswhere, but ended up paying more in AGRAVATION not to mention utilities!!! How true the statement "you get what you pay for" I can not wait till my lease is up where I am at currently. I already have my deposit in and am back on the waiting list for this summer!!! Prompt maintenance response is sooooo very important, and you just do not realize it until good service is gone. Seeing a friendly face in the office and coming home to well lit parking areas and clean hallways means alot. I miss my garden in the city and look forward to coming back.
