I have seen some reviews that stated that this rent here is too high. Honestly I think that it is very fairly priced and even more on the competitive side. I want to try and be as fair about this review as possible. I feel the quality of the complex was good, but could have been better. One of the biggest flaws is that if you have to break your lease for some reason, you will have to be the fee to break the lease, and then you will still have to pay monthly for your apt until it is re-rented. The issue with this is that Rose Hall has no incentive to try to re-rent your place. They are covered. I can forsee them first trying to rent the units that have no payment coming in before renting one that is already turning profit. I'm not sure if they work this way, I'm just giving my thoughts. In the case I had, I would have probably ended up paying more to break my lease (having to pay the extra months and the early termination fee) than just continuring to pay without living in the unit. I'll list the pros and cons below.

Pros:
Great staff that is really good about handling things
Property is decently kept up.
Fitness Center is nice
great location. Kinda set back from the main road and hidden
Brick Structure (seems dumb, but lots of stuff up here is the siding)

Cons:
- No Parking at night... I would think they should at least assign 1 space to each unit so that you know you'll at least have one spot. My wife worked at night and I hated her having to walk so far.
- Pool hours suck
- speed bumps are ridiculous high
- early lease termination policy
- Young military seems to like to party a lot
- laundry set up... 8 units share 1 washer and 1 dryer and can only be used between certain hours. I can't tell you the number of times that my neighbors and their friends would doing their laundry here, leaving no time for anyone else
... and the worst con of all...
- The noise from aircraft can be unbearable at times (good luck watching a movie)
when I moved in I was told that the noise really wasn't all that bad. I should have asked for better clarification before signing that form. The traffic noises I hear don't bother me, but the aircraft noise was so bad some night the my son could not sleep

thank you so much for mentioning that this area was in the jet zone. i wouldn't have thought that but you are right, it is! i feel like this is the first fair review i've read up here! all the rest seem to read like fairytales
