I moved in to Rose Hall Apartments in August and have NO complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly and the couple service calls that I have had to make have been promptly answered and taken care of. It is an extremely quiet area. I've never had a problem with noisy neighbors. There is only one washer and dryer for 8 apartments, but it's never been an issue. There are no assigned parking spaces, but I've always found plenty of spaces to park in. There is quite a bit of jet noise, but I've gotten used to that pretty quickly. Overall I love living here.
