I've known about Rose Hall Apartments ever since I was a little kid. I grew up right across the street. I've always come to know Rose Hall Apartments as a very quiet, secluded, relaxing, and beautiful residence.

The first thing you notice about Rose Hall is how beautiful the landscaping is. They have a wonderful crew that does a marvelous job on everything. Walking out from your apartment to your car to go to work is a really enjoyable experience. Plenty of shade too! There are benches located here and there surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants, luring you to sit down and relax. By the rental office there is a magnificent fountain with benches and foliage/flowers surrounding it giving a nice center piece to the heart of the complex.

The apartments themselves are designed wonderfully. I found there to be more then enough closet space in a 1 bedroom. The bar joining the kitchen and living room also adds a wonderful flair for entertaining. On moving day, I walked into a clean fresh smelling apartment. There wasn't dirt anywhere, and everything looked brand new. On the move in inspection sheet, I hardly had to indicate anything.

The maintenance crew here is ON TOP OF IT! If something goes wrong, they are faster than you would expect to stay in contact with you and fix the problem. You never see maintenance idle. They are always working hard keeping the complex beautiful and fully functional.

Now, the staff... Who would have thought that going to pay rent would be a pleasurable experience. Everyone in the rental office is a pleasure to do business with. Always bright and smiling faces, always eager to help with any problems you may have. They genuinely care about your residency at Rose Hall.

I was sad when I had to leave Rose Hall, I would have preferred to stay. It has been the most pleasant apartment living I've ever been exposed to. I had to leave because we had two loving cats that we couldn't bear to be separated from any longer. Luckily I had a friend who was eager to watch them while were were staying at Rose Hall.

I've looked at several complexes in the Virginia Beach area. When it comes to parking availability, cleanliness, beauty, quiet neighbors, fabulous staff, and ammenities; Rose Hall takes the cake on all of them.

I definitely recommending stopping by here if you are looking for a new apartment to see everything this place has to offer.

I'm starting to think that all these post are by management. I mean seriously, they all sound the same. I've been looking at apartments in the Va Beach area and on craiglist the management team actually posted to check the awesome reviews on this website, seems fishy to me?!? Now I'm second thinking whether I should keep looking into any apartment affiliated with Perrel management?
