It was ok...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
My wife and I lived at Royal Pointe from 2003-2006 and things were good until the property changed hands and came under the managment of Clark-Whitehill Enterprises (757) 340-5300. We had constant noise problems with our neighbors, there was NO assigned parking, so if you came home late at night, you were just out of luck. My major complaint was that they changed their policy regarding dogs. When my wife and I moved in, the threshold was 50 pounds. Our dog only weighed 45 pounds, so we were ok. But when Clark-Whitehill took over, they arbitrarily changed the policy to no dogs over 25 pounds. When it came time to renew our lease, we were told our lease would not be renewed unless we got rid of our dog, although we had lived there for 3 years! Needless to say, we didn't get rid of our dog. We got rid of Clark-Whitehill and Royal Pointe apartments instead!
