I was very sad to leave Royal Pointe after my 3 years. I was truely satisfied with my apartment. Yes, there are some inconveniences that you will get at every apartment - thin walls, annoying neighbors, parking, etc. But, there were no unexpected problems ever in my 3 years. The maintenace was wonderful!! The apartment I live in now takes weeks to respond, but Royal Pointe usually responded the SAME day! The floor plans are great if you want roomates - no shared bedroom walls. Also, the indoor stairs are great when the weather isn't. As a single girl, I felt very safe around the complex. Unless the management has drasticaly changed since I moved in Aug 04, I would highly recommend Royal Pointe.
