I have experiance in Leasing and I know how things are supposed to be taken care of and how things are run. Let's just say this is one place that only cares about themselves and I have never seen them go out of there way at all to help anyone. If you must live here get on there good side early! The parking is terrible you only get one spot and mine isn't close to my home. We have ponds behind our home and they are usually broken or have a hose running to them that just looks tacky. They are also so loud your unable to open your windows and watch tv at the same time. The walls are thin and the power bill is terrible because there is no insulation around our front door so all the hot or cold air comes through. The side walks flood if it rains!
