Waiting for Lease to End

As a current resident, my review of Royal Point Apartments is mixed.
I enjoy the fact that the complex spaces seem quiet. I initially enjoyed the serenity the sounds the surrounding pond water spout provided me with. I still do, but after being here a month, someone has mischievously put some artificial blue coloring in the ponds to give it a ridiculous Willy Wonka candy factory effect. Also, the ponds have gradually been intruded with foreign particles e.g. plastic bags, trash, etc. without any attention from apartment personnel to rectify the untidy appearance. In addition to this, every time I step outside of my apartment, I have to walk very cautiously and nauseated because I need to make sure my next step isn't into a pile of duck, dog or cat feces. At first, the presence of the ducks are charming, but you'll soon find that they rapidly wear out their welcome. You'll observe that they begin to follow you around in belief that you will feed them, which is a no-no due to the fact that they'll next be waiting at your door waiting for their next meal.
The apartments are roomy and prove to be fine, with the exception of the very dated kitchen and appliances. If you're one to take long showers, beware! Apparently, the water boiler/heater has a very limited capacity for keeping water at a pleasing temperature before bailing out on you. Parking is barely up to par if you possess more than one vehicle. Each rented apartment space is afforded one numbered, reserved space for one vehicle. You are told that there are more than enough unnumbered parking space for a second or other vehicle, but at times it proves to be hard-work finding an unmarked space for a second vehicle, let alone more for a heavier demand. The walls are thin, allowing us to hear other apartments' plumbing running. The heat is electrical, but the air leaks through windows and doors counteract any positive effect the heat may provide in the winter. If you don't mind unnecessarily walking around your house with more clothes than you need, you won't mind. Poor insulation.
If you're very patient and willing to settle for less than you deserve, give Royal Point Apartments a try. If not, keep looking!
