I'm quite surprised at the negative comments concerning this community. During my three years and three apartments here, the management has been extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Not once have I had a problem or maintenance issue that was not addressed immediately. The apartments are quaint and well maintained. And again, the management has always been wonderful to deal with. I applaud their efforts in make this one of the best communities around. It appears that not all people can be pleased all the time but do not fault Runaway Bay.
