I have lived here for almost 6 months, and have had no problems to speak of. My dishwasher broke, and i had a new one in 3 days(would have been 2 but I saw the one that was shipped, and it was destroyed in the shipping process). never have problems with trash, it gets full once or twice a week, but is promptly removed, and are not very far away from the apartments, but then again...some of the tennants could use the exercise. had 2 minor problems upon move in that were fixed the same hour, and it didnt take an entire day to finish paperwork. there is the occasional car with loud music, but generally not after 10 or 1030, and the same of cars with loud crappy exhaust. parking is the only real problem, too many people living in some apartments, mostly military people, but the staff is friendly, but not overzealous, and helpful. so far a good experience. also like the fireplace.
