I am a resident at Runaway Bay. I would like to leave some positive feedback for Runaway Bay Apartments' staff and area. I know that every staff member at Runaway Bay is genuinely concerned about each resident and makes a conscious effort to exhibit good customer service. Every time I go in there they handle complaints/situations quickly. We plan on staying here until we buy a home because we don't have any problems here. I read the other feedback and was concerned a little before moving in but the staff has proven them wrong. They work very hard to make this community a nice place to live. -Elizabeth Campbell
