OK place to live. Apts are energy efficient. And no noise can be heard from the neighbors. Convenient to I-264 and is well oceted in the middle of VA Beach.
Some Problems are. Parking. After 1000 pm don't expect a spot close. Vandalism and stolen motorcycles were a problem in the past, but haven't heard too much about it recently. The staff at the office are very cold and unforgiving. I was living there for a year and the rent was never late. One day I paid on the second on the month, because I was out of town and I had to pay the late fee. It made me feel insignificant. As long as you are never late on rent. I would recommend this place
