1. Parking : No problems!

2. Noise level (Can you hear your neighbors all too well') : Never heard anyone in any other apartments!

3. Grounds (Overall appearance of the entire community. Upkeep and landscaping) : Every morning I leave for work and see a maintenance technician (the same one every time) cleaning up the yards. She really does a great job.

4. Safety (Outdoor lighting, layout enhances visibility, shrubs are cut back from walkways, etc.) : I reported a light out in my carport one day and it was replaced that day. Staff is very conscious of property and needs.

5. Construction (quality of the fixtures, building material, sound & heat insulation, layout and design) : Fine as far as I know.
I like the layout I'm in.

6. Maintenance Service quality (maintenance people fix problems correctly) : Always!

7. Office staff (Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall service level) : Very nice office staff, friendly and professional. Always smile when I come in to make a request, always willing to help when I need the fax machine or copier.

8. Overall (Compared to other apartments, how does this community rate in general') : Better than most.

9. Would you recommend this apartment community to a friend' YES!
