Apartment complex that looks good on the outside.

If you plan on staying in the Va Beach area, look for another complex. I've lived here since Dec 2000. I've seen some good things (not many) but since about the middle of 2001 the apartment complex has become very unfriendly. (Rude management personel) It used to be great place for animals. (NOT ANYMORE) I've seen many outside fixtures that have been broken since about this time. I used to be on the side of the management, but not anymore. Find somewhere else to live, you will save yourself a great amount of HEADACHE's in the future.
