Office Management has changed for the worse

About 4 months after I moved into Runaway Bay the management had a complete Turnover. The new management is disrespectful to residents and do not seem to care at all about the property or the tenant's issues. It took 3 months to get my HVAC unit fixed, and the management refused to reimburse me for any charges that I incurred because they said, "Just because it wasn't fixed to your liking doesn't mean it wasn't fixed." They must be right, when it is 32 degrees out you should have to turn your unit up to 85 degrees to get the temp in the apt up to 65 degrees. Moving on - The community is allegedly "pet friendly", trust me...If you have a problem in your apartment it will be your pet's fault. Not the fact that the apartments were "turned" in a poor fashion. Also there are numerous individuals who have 'restricted' breeds in the community. My dog was bitten by one of these breeds. I contacted management on 4 separate occasions, and guess what my neighbor still has the dog.
To cut it short - The management doesnt care about the Residents. Don't move in, you will regret it. Oh well unless of course you live in the front of the community - then you will have flowers and nicely cut lawns. Drive around to the back and see the high grass, trash and old HVAC units laying around. You'll see.
