This staff is the most disrespectful I've ever had to deal with before and I have rented many apartments. The grounds are cluttered with large amounts of ac units and dog poop and management does not seem to care to do anything about it that won't profit for them like fees for trash. I talked to them about the problems and she (I won't mention her name) LAUGHED and said that residents would now be fined for trash and pets. She actually seemed to be happy that people were going to be fined. The good members of the staff are few and far between - I like the maintenance supervisor. But I don't ever see him around anymore. I feel deceived having moved into this place because the rep that showed me the model seemed nice enough and seemed to really like this place and then things went downhill the day I signed the lease. First I waired for twenty minutes for them to help me when I came to move in. Two of the staff were in the office talking and laughing while I waited for the other girl to come and help me. Then that girl made me sign the 20 page lease because maintenance was still working on my apartment on the day I was supposed to move in. THEN when we went to the apartment the air conditioner didnt work, so I told someone in the office. The list was long and I had to go on the back to list all of the problems that needed to be corrected in the apartment. They made me sign the lease beforehand because they knew that the apartment was in poor condition. I've been here for a while and only 1/2 of the things have been fixed right. But I don't qualify for the guarantee because they called me the next day, so I don't get rent credit. I have made friends here - nobody likes this place and we all highly recommend that you do not even check here because they make you think its the nicest place in this area and then you dont find out otherwise until you see the apartment. If you do decide to drive through, please roll down your window and ask one person (any person) how they like it here. They will say the same thing.
