Aesthetically pleasing but inherently poop!

From the beginning they ripped us off!
$250 Administrative Fee
$350 Pet Deposit
$790 Month in Rent PLUS $25 a month PET RENT for a 900 square feet apartment!
The average utility bill ran over $200 per month but we couldn't get the apartment to warm during the winter (avg. temp was 70 degrees) or cool during the summer (avg. temp was 80). The maintenance staff did what they could but these places suck and the previous staff told us it was because of how cheaply they are made.

Aesthetically pleasing but inherently poop! RUNAWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!
