Trust me - during my three years of living here, this place has steadily moved deeper and deeper into the shitter. Small apartments, buildings that are beginning to fall apart, and worst of all, inconsiderate, rude, unhelpful staff. STAY AWAY FROM RUNAWAY BAY! Renting an apartment here will undoubtedly cause you problems and headaches. It is an overpriced DUMP with awful management.
