Rent

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've lived at Runaway Bay for 2 years and now I'm getting out of here as fast as I can. When I first moved in I asked the leasing office if the rent would go up, and if so how much. I already known the rent would go up, but I really wanted to know by how much. The girl told no more than 20 to 30 a year. The first year my rent went up by 37 dollars, and now going into my second year my rent will go up by 70 dollars. All I want to know is what are you using the money for, it's not for the apartments. Hell don't you get enough money for us with the parking, water, and all those extra fees you put on the water bill. If you're going to take my rent up by a 100 dollars in 2 years I should see some kind of change for the better, Maybe I'm paying for the pigeons to have a nice place to take a ----. They are every where, it took at less 2 months for them to get ride of the pigeons outside of my door. The bird had made two different nest and had eggs in them both, before anything was done. I had to wait until they were going to clean the building, I still have a family of pigeons living outside of my bedroom window, and my son's bedroom, but at less they are not at my front door anymore. Oh! I know what you need the extra 70 dollars this year to add another layer of paper to the walls. I know what you need to do with it, fix the air conditioner so that when you turn it on you will not smell mildew. I Hope the extra money you will get from other people will help you get your apartments up to part, but I'm sorry I will not be able to help you out this year. I'm out of here when my lease is up. Before renting the apartment ask them what the market value is, because when I moved in the market value was only 732.00 now two years later it's 870.00, but I'm here to tell you it's not, and that you can find better. So please take the time and look around, because this place is not what it looks like from the outside. I should have known that when they could not or would not show me an apartment before I moved in. Please, Please, Please go some where else any where, but here. Oh and by the way my apartment is only a 1 bedroom/ den and one bath so if 870.00 is a good price for that go ahead and rent it will be up for rent Oct 15 2004. Enjoy.
