I had a lot of problems with maintenance. The staff were nice to me when I was looking for an apartment, but once I became a resident they were so-so at best, if not rude at some points. They also have a high employee turnover rate which is pretty telling. They have high pet rates. They take FOREVER to cash your rent check, but if you turn it in late they charge you ridiculous fees. The apartment was in a good area, but the price was not worth it. Oh, and if you sign for less than a year lease, or have to extend your lease you will pay A LOT EXTRA.
