I have lived at Runaway Bay on the bottom floor and have had a celing that leaks water in my living room for an ENTIRE year, they do not care about the tenants whatsoever. I have been in touch with the office i have sent e mails and i have called the management compnay, yet the problem is still there. If you want to pay a rediculous amount of rent and have a pan of water in your living room and a hole in your ceiling then go ahead and see for your self. This place is so ghetto.
