A new move to a new city was so exciting, but the first place we called home as a couple, not so exciting. We were very disappointed in the quality of the small 1 bedroom apartment we rented for one year. We kept thinking to ourselves, is this one year lease up!!!! The cost of living is ridiculous in Virginia let alone a very out-dated apartment for the rental price it was going for. While we were there, We saw outside rennovations, but to be quite honest the place needs some serious inside "fixing-up". It's pretty bad when you hear a downstairs tenat from an upstairs apartment. To say the least looking at the website and then renting, you don't get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!!
