I have read all the negative reviews, and can see some of their points. But it also depends on what part of the complex you live in. Its a big circle, and towards the front i can see where parking can be horrible. But towards the back where we are located is great. Plus we are across from the maintance building and car wash port, *which is free*. Maintance is really nice, they come either the same day or next day depending on situation and time we call. They have updated some of our appliances *washer and dishwasher*, but as long as it works we are happy. The rent is outrageous, but as soon as any place hears BAH go up, then rent does too (thats probably the same with anywhere). I have noticed a dog poop problem though. People don't clean up after them, and i have come close to stepping in it a few times, and can't trust putting my infant down to crawl in the nice thick grass. But overall the lease office is nice and has always been even when we have had problems with MAC and them getting the money. So i reccomend this place to anyone who can put up with a few little quarks such as my husband and i have, and this was our first home after being married and having our first child here.
