I had a pigon problem with them defacating on my deck that i finally had to take care of myself. I called for 1 month and they did nothing. I have updated wall outlets in my apartment but you have to be carfull when unplugging something or you are goung to pullthe whole socket out of the wall. I live on the second floor and can hear all of my neigbors in my apartment. My applianced are a little outdated but they still work. The parking sucks. if you get home after 6pm plan on walking a ways. My rent will go if i stay here and what i am paying now isnt worth it.
