The office staff is unfriendly and the corporate office is less helpful. They make verbal promises with no contracual support. The office manager was unprofessional in handling resident complaints. we had to make several requests for maintenance. Furthermore, the staff leave residents' personal information lying in plain view for all visitors to see. They do not hold (UPS,FedEx) packages for residents.
Portions of the parking lot flooded repeatedly.

The office DOES take UPS and FedEx packages. I have never seen anyone's personal info when I go to the office. The only time Ive seen the parking lot flood was when we had Tropical Storm Ernesto. Maintenace always goes the first time I ask. I guess this person had more issues with management and they were satisfied to their liking.
