I stayed for two (2) years. Old cabinets and counters. Old bathroom fixtures and and a/c unit. AC water dripped over carpet, left a blower in for four days (smells), sink disposer is old and worn out (they fixed twice, still not working). You can hear everything through the walls (above and sides). When you make a complaint to the management about noises, they don't follow-up with you. Grounds area - leaves not swept away in front your door as often. Cigarette butts located on walkways. You will have to asked them 4-5 times to assist with you requests. If they don't want to help you with something, it's dragged on and on. Staff in the office is great, however needs serious customer service skills.

oh god cigarette butts on the sidewalk?! lol atleast its not in ur house and if u want the leaves raked up then do it urself....its an apt

Part of the cost of an apartment is that they do that syuff for you. I agree this place is just awful.
