Honestly I have lived here a year and a half. I havent had a great time but it hasnt been the worse. I do like the layout that is what brought us back then we moved in and realized it has no storage space and they dont give you the options you ask for i.e. outside storage. We have had problems with our dishwasher and Washing Machine and they told us that they were fine and the machines were just lower than our standards! If you ever need anything fixed remind them daily or it will never get done ( a year later still waiting for them to fix my washer and stove.) Righ now they are under renovating the outside but they should have really worked on the insides first. Cabnits are old and so is everything but the blinds. We are right by the dumpsters that they felt the need to put right next to the porch and only empty them when they are over flowing. The girls in the office are always nice but never do what they tell you they will. As for people it is a great nieghborhood despite the ghetto that surrounds it. The people are always friendly. And I always feel safe, minus the 2 cars that have had their rims stolen and their car left on cynder blocks and the foiled windows in the apartment next to me.

Parking is okay better than most places I have lived. Just dont park to far away or you might not have wheels or a car. Securtiy I have seen here twice in a year and a half once was when I called them.

IF YOU HAVE PETS DONT COME HERE! 400$ pet deposit ( non-refundable) and 50$ a month for each pet. so over 800$ a year for your pet.

Now for a good note I love the pool, pond and kids play place. I havent been to the gym for the fact that I pay 1000$ a month to live here and Im not paying them another 35$ a key to the gym. They arent open early or late enough to make use of the tanning bed either.
