Do NOT waste your money here. We have only lived here since March and have had several maintenance issues. We have reported a smell of mildew in the bathroom twice and the only response from maintenance was to spray Clorox on the area. We ended up removing and replacing the flooring ourselves, which all 3 layers had mildew growing in the old flooring. We had a water leak from the diswasher and they came and repaired it only to leave the water soaked and it grew mildew on it. We asked at the time about it and they just sprayed Clorox on it. 3 days later we had to remove the board and replaced it ourselves and the mildew was so bad that we had mushrooms growing inside the apartment on the walls. We have had an ongoing issue with our air conditioner and they have been out 4 times and it is still not fixed. We have also had issues with the water bills and how it payments are made and ended up having to pay late fees. This place accepts no responsibility for mistakes, is hesitant to fix things properly and just renovated the office and the parking lot, but has done nothing to renovate aging apartments (except to update some appliances). DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
